So how does it work?
It all begins with a chat. From there, we better understand your needs and circumstances. We come up with a structure that works best for everyone, and then present it to you.
No cookie cutter approaches. No minority stakes. No hefty management fees. No nasty rebrands.

Our process…
Step 1: Initial confidential chat
We sit down, chat, and understand you and your circumstances. Most importantly, we get to know each other. We understand that this is a big life decision, and so we want to make sure that we not only do it right, but that you have a smile on your face, now, and in the years to come after handing over the keys…
This chat can take place online, or in person.
Step 2: Proposal
We come out to visit you, where we sit down and walk you through the proposal, specially crafted to suit your circumstances.
From here, take into account any feedback you might have to refine and finalise. Once we agree on the terms, we move onto stage 3…
This chat happens in person. We’ll come out to visit you and grab lunch together!
Step 3: Integration
From here, we work on the transition. We’ve already made sure we’re on the same page, during step 2, so integration should be smooth for you.
This is going to be different for everyone. For some, it’ll be handing over the keys after a period of time working alongside each other, so we’re left knowing exactly how to keep your team happy.
For others, we’ll be working side by side, and can’t wait to do so!

We never do any nasty rebrands. We maintain the independence and heritage you’re so proud to have built.
No shocking staff restructures, ever.
While we like to simply buy clinics, we can you involved, if you want to stick around and keep doing what you do best! Maybe that may mean some kind of earn out, equity partnership, or any other great ideas you might have!

We let the bankers and accountants handle the boring stuff. But once they come back to us with a valuation, we sit together and discuss.
It depends on a lot of different factors. But one thing we can assure you: we don’t pay pennies on the dollar. We will pay you what your clinic is worth!

Generally, we’re open to clinics and/or hospitals with 3 or more vets. However, on the odd occasion, we may make an exception - so don’t be afraid to reach out and we can see if there’s anything exciting we can do!

Since we don’t do any rebranding and endeavour to maintain the incredible heritage of our partner clinics, we don’t publicise our deals. They appreciate the privacy, as I’m sure you will too when the time comes!
